Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for guidance and return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

Non-Returnable Items
